// Eastern Community Legal Centre
Annual Report

Eastern Community Legal Centre provides free legal assistance to people who live, work and study in Melbourne’s east, alongside advocacy, community education and law reform.

Annual reports carry a lot of weight — service data, program outcomes and organisational detail all competing for attention. ECLC needed its 32-page report to feel credible and informative without becoming difficult to navigate. I developed the visual concept and carried it through to finished artwork, creating a flexible editorial system that balanced longer-form stories with clear hierarchy and an accessible visual rhythm.

The statistics were treated as part of the storytelling, rather than an appendix. I translated complex figures into charts, infographics and visual summaries that could be understood quickly, making the report easier to scan without losing the seriousness of the work behind the numbers.

Execution included:

// Creative concept and visual direction
// Editorial design for a 32-page annual report
// Data visualisation, charts and infographics
// Finished artwork and print production

The result was a credible, accessible publication that transformed complex organisational information into a clear visual narrative—helping readers understand ECLC’s reach, services and community impact at a glance.
